How do I complete the Trademark application online?
1. Enter your FULL CAPS NAME that appears on your driver's licence/ passport as follows:
FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAMES SURNAME
2. Choose the class 25 for clothing. If you have another product remember you will have to choose another class. I would encourage you to speak to William about this before proceeding.
3. Manually type your address.
4. Pay the $640AUD for Australia, $400 for NZ & Cook Islands, $2080 for US
If you are living outside the country you were born in trademark both. If money is an issue trademark the country you live in.

Where it says "has foreign words in this trademark" on the application, is a Maori name considered a foreign word?
Go thru that drop down because if would have Maori names and you do not fill that out it will take longer because they send that name to someone maori and they translate to see if its derogatory. It will take longer to register if you tick yes.
What about the R for Registered process?
Once the 4months has passed and you get an email from TM people saying you can use Registered symbol. You do not need UCC or PPSR at all as both of these all they did was the same process but trademark gives out enormous infringements if perfected. UCC and PPSR are the thing of the pass.
What about the T-Shirt Website?

Can I do the WIPO process without an international invoice?
No. If you do you run the risk of losing your money.
If someone has their trust set up first can others that are going through the process go into their trust until their trust has been set up? Example if I get my trust settled before the others, can the others be placed in my trust until they have theirs set up? Is that the role of the appointer?
No, its irrevocable, no one can take trademark out of the trust.
If we have a Crown Trust can my family and friends be in this trust? How would we do this for many individuals and T-Shirts or is there a minimum that you advise?
make the Beneficiary the appointer too. the appointer can add the trustees and remove them if they are not doing their job. its all in the Common Law Trust IRC 501 (c)(3) pdf file (get this from google). Can we add debts into the trust as an asset, and then discharge it? does that sound like viable option i.e outstanding debts against council?
The trust will only take the trademark mumbers nothing else. Remember what i said, when you control your name, your name is on ALL them debts, when its time to cease and desist, your notifying the creditors, AFTER THAT if you get a statement in the mail box and they are trying to get money off you, THEN you have the power to get a Judgement order to force the company to cease using your trademark in commerce when they are not the ones to benefit

If someone infringes on our TM after we do the entire process, and we take them to the courts etc and if we win; how do you get paid?
Say for instance you cease and desist the Bank ANZ thats benefiting something by using your trademark (Name). Say a Bank Statement gets sent to you after when you told them no. You take that statement and the original cease and desist that you served on them and proof of a global trademark and go to the Civil Court Judge and show the Judge that you believe ANZ is infringing on a trademark AND THEY KNEW ABOUT IT.
The Judge will ask what LEVEL your mark is, you have a global mark under WIPO and its Federal and International and you can prove international business and invoices etc... "perfect trademark" with SM service mark and prove your services then the Judge will know what LEVEL your mark is and grant a Judgment order and now the Judge will get the police to go and get everything they were trying to benefit from which is you. They will fight back ONLY to realise that the Trademark Protection is under choice of law (Cook Islands jurisdiction laws only) which their fight hasnt begun, because they cannot action anything, why? BECAUSE ITS COUNTERFEIT WILFULLY!!! now its a law suit which fetches at that trademark level 15 million law suit (sue them) because they are a corporation, if it was a John Doe no corporation, 5 million.
ALL DONE THROUGH ARBITRATION ONCE THEY TRY AND TAKE YOU TO COURT.
Thats why my process needs to be done exactly, i will know if someone changes it to suit something else, because it will be a crack in your protection and you will fail. whatever is.
So would you ask that the 50 mill be paid in fiat/gold, silver or?
Your in the legal system use their shit (whatever is going at the time). BUT it probably not get there because through arbitration they have 3 months case close not court 4 years or more. Once the legal system is gone, THEN use your common law rights/sovereign powers/THE GREAT I AM LAWS and after that you should be granted permanent injunction. and you have peace.
